What is beeswax?
It is a natural product made by bees living in Hadhramaut, Yemen, and produced through the glandular secretions of bee workers, specifically secreted by glands on the ventral surface of the abdomen. Worker bees have eight wax-producing mirror glands on the inner sides of the sternites (the ventral shield or plate of each segment of the abdominal segments 4 to 7. To obtain one kilogram of wax, you can use up to 10 kilograms of honey and a quantity of pollen.
